PST Skills Program
The PST skills program is a customized curriculum designed to improve both the basic and complex skills necessary for playing soccer at a high level through the utilization of a Constructional Approach. Elements of the Constructional Approach teach students how to train themselves individually, with a partner, and in small groups. The increased training, based on specific, learned techniques and drills, contributes to their overall development and maturation as a player. PST is the only skills program that applies principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.Latest News
